It all began with a sketch on a coffee-stained napkin. Our founder, Dayo Adepoju, envisioned more than just buildings — he dreamed of creating experiences that inspire and endure. With a small but passionate team and a shared love for great design, Innovate Concepts Limited was founded in 2005.

What started as a bold idea has grown into a leading design-and-build firm delivering projects across Nigeria and beyond — from elegant residences in Ikoyi to dynamic corporate and institutional spaces.

Though our tools and technologies have evolved, our mission remains unchanged: to design and build spaces that are functional, sustainable, and deeply human. At Innovate Concepts, we don’t just build structures; we craft environments that shape the way people live, work, and connect.

The Beginning
Innovate Concepts Ltd was founded with a clear mission: to bring world-class architectural and engineering expertise to Nigeria’s growing construction industry. From the start, our focus has been on integrity, precision, and solutions that stand the test of time.
2013
Expanding Horizons
Recognizing the need for holistic design, we added Interior Design to our services—allowing us to shape spaces from structure to finish. This marked a new era where clients could trust us with every detail of their vision, inside and out.

Building Resilience
Amid global challenges, we embraced sustainability and innovation, rethinking how design can serve both people and the planet. Our projects became more resourceful, resilient, and future-focused, aligning with global standards while staying true to our local roots.

Today, Innovate Concepts stands as a multidisciplinary powerhouse of architects, interior designers, project managers, and builders.
